Whether you are seeking a sanctuary for your group or wish to learn more about our philosophy of presence, we invite you to reach out. At Áila, we value the time it takes to truly connect, and we look forward to helping you find your way back to the rhythm of the wild.
Tommi and Johanna are the entrepreneur couple behind Áila. They have a solid background as developers of innovative concepts and are particularly known for the VALO Hotel & Work concept, which revolutionized the way we combine staying and working. In the Áila Hideaways project, they bring that same uncompromising quality and sustainability to the heart of Lapland’s nature
Minna Hurme

Minna is the other key figure in our project and the creative force behind the vision. As a designer and architect who played a major role in the VALO concept, she knows how to blend functionality with beautiful Finnish design. Her touch ensures that Aila becomes a place where nature and comfort meet perfectly.
